We don't care about the young folks

I'm beginning to feel as if Ethan and I are turning into an old couple. We spent our Sunday afternoon driving around the back roads of Massachusetts aimlessly looking for antique stores and man, did we find a lot. The majority of them were way too expensive, but it is still fun to sift through old treasures. I did find an amazing vintage straw purse(see below) I had been looking for one for awhile now and this one is just perfect with its leather details and handle.

I also had a gift card to the bookstore and bought a selection of Anne Sexton poems. Stupid me though, my gift certificate was for $15, and the book was $14.50 . Being from NH I completely forgot about sales tax (NH is the only state without it, I believe) and when it rang up $15.30 I had no cash or change on me. I had to put 30 cents on my debit card. Oops.

It is surprisingly warm and sunny today. The bitter bite of winter air is beginning to fade, spring is on its way!
