I'm not sure what has gotten into me,but I am feeling rather anti-blogging right now. I'm starting to feel uninspired or stuck finding places to take photos. I've always felt that the scenery in my photos has always surpassed the quality of what I am wearing and now that I am having a more difficult time finding places to take photos, I think my clothes are just not enough to carry me along. Whatever, I digress.
Ugh and oh photobucket decided to be a giant D-bag and say I used up all my bandwidth so some of my posts are messed up. Grrr I'm too lazy to even fix it at this point.
I found this little secluded park bench overgrown with buttercups and grass. It seemed all forgotten on the brim of the forest. After my photo shoot was over, I basked in the sun and read my book a little. I've got nothing planned for this weekend as I am working both Saturday and Sunday. I hope you all enjoy your weekends!

This looks idyllic. OMG YOUR PINS ARE AMAZING AND LONG, WOWEE. x.x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! and I'm going to politely disagree with you Rosie, I think a background in an outfit photo is more like an accessory and you are very cute and stylish that whatever you wear surpasses the backdrop and it is enough to "carry" you along!! The one thing I love about your style is that it looks so effortless and chic ^.^ Have a great weekend dear!
ReplyDeleteYou are adorable. I love this outfit. It's so perfect for summer!
ReplyDeleteLovely outfit and lovely summery photos-and the background seems so pretty :D xxx
ReplyDeleteok, whatevs!! your outfits are totally great!! i've loved all of them and this one is no exception. easy, casual, but with a little bit of vintage attitude. you look great and i always love the places you take your photos. but i totally get the malaise. i get in a slump, we all do. but you look fab.

ReplyDeleteI love those shorts with those shoes! So classy and 70s.
ReplyDeleteAww, I think everyone feels that way! I was completely anti-blogging/hard on myself last week too and it can be the worst! Your outfits are always adorable and inspiring with their simplicity. If I could pull off jean shorts and oxfords and striped shirts like you do I think I'd wear them every day!
ReplyDeleteso cute, I love those shorts!

Your photos and your outfit here are excellent as usual, but I understand that feeling of being "stuck". Have you tried building sets for yourself? I used to do this when I would feel uninspired or too shy to venture out into the streets with my tripod.
ReplyDeleteLove those shoes!!!
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to find high waist shorts like that! They're perfecttttt.
ReplyDeleteI think all your photos are inspiring and your outfits are marvelous. I know what you mean about feeling like that though...but believe me, every post of yours is perfect!
