Down with photobucket! Flickr is where its at!! Woo I am so loving the size of these pictures right now. I officially a Flikr convert, it is faster and much easier to use. Anywhoo, Its gray and icky out so I decided to stay in today for photos. These are some of my thrifts this past weekend. I love this skirt, but its a bit large on me so I must take it in at some point. I also got this eyelet blouse and want to put it in the shop, but am highly debating on whether or not I should just keep it. Speaking of the shop, will somebody please buy this basket purse?!? (Seen on the shelf behind me) Somebody has to buy it or I'm just going to give in and keep it all for myself!!Really, guys I have such terrible self control.
Outfit Details: All thrifted
This is my drinking coffee place. I love to look out the window, while sitting in my comfy pink slipper chair.
This beautiful quilt was made from vintage fabrics that my amazing Great Aunt Jo collected over her lifetime and was sewn together after she died by my Aunt. Aunt Josephine was probably the coolest old lady, stubborn as a bull and completely self-sufficient. She had the greatest house too complete with an antique hand washing machine(which she used until her death) and puzzle pictures all over the house. She also made some fantastic strawberry rhubarb pie. I wish I had been around when they were cleaning out her home after she died(she had no children to pass anything along) that place would have been a goldmine for vintage fiends such as myself!
Happy Weekend! Stay tuned for a giveaway on Monday!

What a cozy coffee drinking spot and the quilt is beautiful. My husband's mom just passed a couple of old handmade family quilts on to us recently and I was so excited when she asked if we wanted them!

You look so darling in that eyelet blouse and skirt! I say keep the blouse! I'm so sad. I would love to start an etsy store, but I don't think I could sell any of my finds, I'd want to keep them all to myself... oooh! Did you get the year account with flickr for $24?
